Welcome to the Asian Flying Chef Home Page.

My name is Lotif Miah and I am the Asian Flying Chef, additionally I am head of a catering business which is unique to this region and possibly some parts of this nation. Although my business is available for catering exquisite, exotic and unique dishes (Please refer to our menu) to add an enchanting edge to all your events, private/corporate functions and ceremonies, my main aim is to provide a personal service to my customer.

The Personal Chef service is a new concept in this country, although the service has been common practice in the international catering provision, particularly in the United States for sometime. The few dispersed organization who are adopting this concept have already had very positive feed back from customers who are now using the service on a regular basis.

My personal biography is:

I have been in the catering profession for the past 20 years and served my apprenticeship in Oxford . Thus began a career in being a chef in various Indian restaurants in Britain . However my interest in developing my skill and improving my knowledge encouraged me to take a sabbatical and travel the Asian sub-continent to add to my repertoire. I feel as a chef it was very beneficial as there is very little knowledge around authentic Asian cooking particularly around sea food, which is my special interest.

Service

We as a company aim to take the strain out of entertaining, whether for a private party or corporate event. You choose the menu; we can provide the service to make you the finest host at all your social gatherings.

Wherever possible we would make a home visit prior to the event and discuss all aspect of our service provision as well as any individual additional request. We are a dynamic company who is willing to be flexible and needs responsive to all our clients' requests.

Our company is an associate member of "Taste of Lincolnshire". The project influences local business to utilize the locally source produces.

When ever possible we use local ingredients in our recipes. (Please inquire for more details)
