Lotif is a nutritionist and food consultant, he has more than 20 years of extensive experience, and he has worked at some of the top Indian restaurants in the country.

He has travelled the Indian sub-continent to develop and enhance his culinary skills. Lotif has created his own unique cooking style, combining the regional variations of the Indian sub-continental cuisine that satisfies every palate. Lotif is experienced in modern day Indian Cooking as well as having knowledge of those family secrets passed down through the generations.

He has also travelled to several countries which have an influence on his fusion dishes, especially seafood.  

Lotif is an experienced trainer in the Hospitality and Catering Industry, he specialises in training new chefs for the Indian Restaurants, and apart from training chefs in a commercial environment he is also a qualified adult tutor, he has taught Cooking for Fun classes at Colleges and Adult Educational Service.
