Asian Flying Chef Personal Chef

Apart from being a chef of the past 20 years I have been actively associated with community relations.  It is in this role by providing cooking demonstrations are many organisations.  Most recently by contributed as the exhibition chef for the North Lincolnshire food festival held that the Pink Farm.  Furthermore, was also the exhibition chef at Market Rasen and along with the Calendar chef Rachel Green.

I enjoy giving private lessons on Authentic Asian food as food is my passion. I have qualifications in adult training therefore I feel I am an effective trainer who can share my passion and knowledge of Asian food with individuals and groups.

I feel in this diverse society we should increase understanding between individuals and groups and food can be a good base for sharing culture.
