1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to and use of Asianflyingchef.co.uk("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. 2 Prices

2.1 All Prices contained contained on this website are guide prices only contact us for conformation of price.

2.2 All prices displayed on the website are subject to change please contact us to confirm all pricing.

2.3 A deposit will be required for all bookings.

2.4 All accounts must be cleared before the event unless other arrangements have been agreed.

2.5 In the event of a cancellation a cancellation fee will be made on the estimated loss of profit suffered and administrative cost to date.  Certain exceptions apply at the management's Discretion.

2.6 Whilst every effort will be made to hold quoted prices the management reserve the right to alter or amend prices and menus in exceptional cases.

3 Bookings

3.1 All bookings are offered subject to availability upon receipt of written confirmation and verbal bookings should be confirmed within 14 days, or will be automatically released.

4 CHANGES TO WEBSITE

Asianflyingchef.co.uk reserves the right to:

4.1 change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that Asianflyingchef.co.uk shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and

4.2 change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
